What orders qualify for free shipping?

All orders listed on 365backdrop.com are free shipping. We offer worldwide free door-to-door shipping.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Please note, that orders should arrive in 3-10 business days. However, during peak season, we may require a few extra days for processing and shipping your order. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

Holiday Shipping

Shipping carriers are experiencing a much higher volume of packages than normal this year and it is resulting in global shipping delays. Although our team is hard at work packing orders to ship out in time, due to the high volume of orders, we do expect orders to be delayed in transit after we hand them off to DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT. Unfortunately, any delays in transit that occur once your package is with the carrier are out of our control. As much as we wish we could speed up transit times, it’s out of our hands! We know how important event booking is to your business and we encourage you to do your shopping a little earlier this year and give the carriers some extra time to complete delivery.

Because it is a custom-made product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, please ask us for full detail about the product before placing orders. Send us a detailed report(photos) once you find the backdrop is damaged when receiving your order.
