Because the backdrop is custom-made, we don’t accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after the order is processed.


If the products were proved to be manufactured fault, we will partial or full refund after we discussed. [IMPORTANT] Please send us detailed photos or videos of the faulted product within 2 days after signing up for the package. Refunds are not available when the product is being used.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
